Linda K's Stampin' Page: Stampin' Up! Daisy Delight Bundle Meets Embossy Punch Bunch Collab w/Poetspice Week #3

Now onto week three of the Embossy Punch Bunch Collab. This is a collab where we use our embossing folders and punches to create one, or possible two projects. This week I created two.

The first project is this sweet jar of daisies. With Stampin' Up!'s NEW Daisy Punch, this was super easy. Here's how I made these adorable daisies:

With Whisper White card stock, punch two daisies
Lightly run your bone folder down each petal, bending them slightly.
Place each petal on your piercing mat, petals are looking like mountains, and with your stylist, apply slight pressure to the center of the daisy. This will cause the petals to get even more dimension.
Apply a small amount of glue to the center of one daisy and offset another on top. Set aside to dry.
Next, using Tranquil Tide card stock and the Blossom Bunch Punch, punch the smallest flower. Again place on your piercing mat and with the rounded point of your piercing tool, press down. This will cause the petals to cup up.
With your piercing tool, pierce a hole in both the center of the daisy and the small blossom.
Using whatever florist wire you have, cut a 10" piece. Now with a flat nose pliers, grip one end and make a small loop. Once the loop is made, take the pliers and bend the loop from vertical to horizontal.
Thread this wire thru the daisy having the loop in the inside center of the daisy.
Add a small amount of glue to the bottom of the daisy and thread the small blossom onto the wire. Press the small blossom around the daisy
Using the 3/8" circle punch (a retired item from Stampin' Up!...sorry), punch a circle out of Tranquil Tide.
Apply on of Stampin' Up!'s NEW Gold Faceted Gems to the center of the Tranquil Tide circle.
Place a small bead of hot glue on top of the loop you created with the florist wire, in the center of daisy, and place the layered gem on top.
Viola!!! You now have a daisy!!!

Did you notice, there was no embossing on my first project? Well, here comes project two.....can you guess what it might be? Yep, a card.....
