Stampin' Up!'s Dandelion Wishes 4th of July Card

When I saw Stampin' Up!'s Dandelion Wishes stamp set from the 2018-2019 Annual Catalog, one image reminded me of sparklers.  Come on, who didn't enjoy sparklers as a child?  Now you can enjoy them all over again with this stamp set.
