Stampin' Up! Antique Tags Small Center Stair Step Card

As soon as I saw the Merry Moments Christmas paper stack and the Hostess stamp set, Antique Tags, I knew I wanted to make a stair step card.   My inspiration came from Linda Bauwin's YouTube video on her version of a Spring Center Stair Step Card.  Click HERE to watch her video.
