Patriotic Stampin' Up! Swirly Scribbles Card

Happy Fourth of July!  This card is super easy when you use Stampin' Up!'s Swirly Scribbles thinlits.  To make the blue section, simple trace the thinlit and make it as wide and tall as you like.  I did use a non Stampin' Up! embossing folder to emboss the stars.  If you would like to know which one I used, simply contact me below.
