I thought I would check in with all of my family and friends regarding my weight loss. I started this journey on March 3, 2015 and now it's December 1, 2015.
Summer of 2014
June 5, 2015.....down 42.5#
September 11, 2015....down 76.75#
November 19,2015....down 95#
December 1, 2015.... down 100#
I've never consistently lost weight, week after week until this diet. Also, it's amazing how the weight is coming off in different areas than before. My hips have always been a place where the weight would like to settle and this diet has definitely changed that. My hips have never been this size before!
When I started this diet I was tight 24/3x and now I'm in a 1x top (my right arm is still larger due to the lymphedema) and I'm in a 16/18 pant. I think the last time I wore that size of pant I was in my 20's and that was many, many moons ago.... :) I don't know if you can tell, but the pants I'm wearing today (the picture directly above) are roomy in the tush......
