Welcome Baby Card

The other evening my sister, Nora asked me if we could make a baby card.  I said sure and asked her if she knew what she wanted to make.  Nora really didn't have any idea, so off to Pinterest we went to get some inspiration.  We both fell in love with a card from Petronela Hardy, an independent demonstrator out of Australia.
